This is a premium elderberry syrup that I have crafted with fresh, never dried, elderberries that I gathered myself this past summer. To increase the healing properties even more, I sweetened the syrup with a local, raw honey just a few miles outside of Northfield. Although I am partial, this is the best tasting elderberry syrup I've tasted!

DIRECTIONS AND TIPS
Many people take a teaspoon or tablespoon of elderberry syrup daily to support their immune system. I tend toward using elderberry tincture for that purpose - easier and cheaper option overall. But if you are going to take the syrup daily, the syrup I make is a tasty one to take!
One of the main ways I use my elderberry syrup is adding it to my home brewed kombucha - delicious as well as adding an extra health kick to the beverage.
