Personal Observations: For staying awake at night worrying about stupid stuff. Waking up at 3 AM and not being able to get back to sleep. If person is drowsy during the day and then has insomnia at night Great nervine - helps with anxiety and mild panic attacks - used a lot by herbalists in New York during aftermath of 9/11 Upper back and neck pain, due to tension Tension in chest, shoulders, upper back
Dry, tickly cough, due to stress Bitter - also good for digestion, dry/hard stools, nervous stomach For perfectionist-type people who are nervous / jumpy
