Herbal Tips, Tweaks, and Teas for 2022

It's 2022. A new year, full of hope and potential... for some. But for many, it prompts that dreadful question: “What’s next?” Anxiety over what is unknown — combined with more long, dark cold months of winter — conspire to make us feel “down” and perhaps vulnerable to illness. But there’s good news! With help from nature, there are things that we can do to lift our spirits and boost our immune systems.
