Websites I Use

There are an overwhelming amount of websites with great (and not so great) information pertaining to folk herbalism. Here are some of my favorites:

Plants For A Future

Southwest School of Botanical Medicine, Michael Moore

Matthew Wood (Site maintained at this time)

Matthew Wood's Earlier Site (Still lots of good information)

Lise Wolff, My herbal mentor and good friend - offers great classes

Erin Poirier, Wonderful herbalist in the St. Paul area with also great classes

Jim McDonald

Rosalee de la Foret

Mountain Rose Blog - lots of information and recipes to browse

Strictly Medicinal, one of my favorites for seeds and plants, also much useful general info

Richters, my other favorite for seeds and plants-- great info and videos under "News and Info"

Prairie Moon Nursery - Minnesota company for mail order of native Minnesota plants - I order from

them whenever they have what I want.

United Plant Savers - Medicinal plant conservation focus

Mountain Rose Herbs - my primary source for dried herbs

This is just a very few.  I plan on using this page as a reference for myself, so will be adding to it as time goes on.

Do you have some favorites I should add to my list?
